Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same day.
Delivery Coverage We deliver across all major cities in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and more.

- Outstation / other cities: 4–7 business days

- Standard shipping: Rs. 200
- Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 4000
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. Use this to track your parcel in real-time through our courier partner's portal.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available across all major cities in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and complete the payment.
Damaged or Wrong Item? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
